This official bootleg was recorded on a Zoom Q2n perched on a table off to one side of the gig and is not meant in any way to be a professional recording. If you want a professional, mixed and mastered top quality audio get the Live At Green Note album instead. That said, if you were at this gig it's a great souvenir and, if you weren't... let's just say it captures the moment well and is part of an upcoming, irregular, series of fly on the wall musical recordings from Swill and friends.

On Friday 14th September 2018, Phil 'Swill' Odgers and Bobby Valentino popped into the Watermans Arms, Eton and played a bunch of songs with two aims in mind – to raise the roof and to raise money for the Windsor Homeless Project.

The seed of this event had been sown earlier in the year when Angus Cameron and Alison Carpenter approached Swill after a sold out at a gig at the Voodoo Rooms in Edinburgh where he was playing as part of spring tour. A pint in the Café Royal later and it was agreed in principle.

5 months later Swill and Bobby are playing sold out gig to in the back room of former 17th century workhouse in the historic town of Eton.

The roof was raised, as is captured here on this rough and ready lo-fi recording. So too was £1500 for the Windsor Homeless Project. A night to remember indeed.
